  • Triotherm pre-fab steel plates guarantee safe load transfer of windows and doors.
  • The Triotherm+ thermal brackets were positioned on the Triotherm steel plates and bonded with Triotherm Sealant.
  • The window element was installed and further external wall insulation can be applied.
  • The biggest challenge for the sliding door installation was the secured load transfer of about 650kg total weight.
  • Since the Triotherm profile is completely insulated on the outside, the client decided to use a complete flat steel profile instead of the pre-fab Triotherm steel plates.
  • A total of 3 rows of Triotherm were used in order to be able to install the sliding door with a construction depth of 280mm without thermal bridging.
